CITES Liason at Woodworker Alliance for Rainforest Protection
January 1993 - January 2000 | CAI worked on endangered species proposals for rare hardwoods. I also wrote for publications and advised companies and individuals about compliance with the Convention for International Trade In Endangered Species as it pertained to wood listed under this treaty.

Professional Rockclimber at National Park Service, World Wildlife Fund, Galibier
January 1980 - September 1982 | Yosemite, CaI was a world renown rock climber. Sponsored by Galibier, I also worked on the Yosemite climbers rescue team and was sponsored by the NPS and WWF to climb ElCapitan as part of a Peregrine Falcon conservation research expedition. My greatest accomplishment was the first ascent of hall of Mirrors considered by many to be the hardest long free climb in Yosemite at the time and also the first grade VI to be free climbed on the first ascent.

I am currently a foster parent along with my lovely wife Kay, I also volunteer instruct snowboarding and skiing for the local schools. I am active in the local Christian community attending Sierra pines and new Community Methodist churches and various Bibles studies, I am a Progressive Democrat volunteering for sate and national candidates including Jerry Brown and of course Obama. I love to surf and rock climb when I get the chance, trade some stocks when I have the funds, study Economics, Politics and Religion
